Kids School Holiday Art Workshop - Design Your Own Greeting Cards

In this fun, hands-on 2-hour workshop, kids will design their own unique greeting cards from start to finish.

Led by greeting card designer Anna Blandford from Able and Game, children will explore drawing, creative lettering, puns, rhymes and fun design ideas as they create a collection of cards that are completely their own.

What makes this workshop special for the kids is seeing their artwork professionally printed as a card. Kids are always so excited when they see their designs as a finished product. It feels just like seeing a card in a shop, except they made it themselves. It's a wonderful confidence boost and something they're proud to share with family and friends. Each kid will get 12 greeting cards to take home and use.

This is a screen-free class where kids will use a range of art materials including pencils, markers, fine liners and watercolour paint. Along the way they'll build creative confidence, develop their own ideas and have plenty of fun.

No more last-minute birthday card scramble. They'll have their own stash of personalised cards ready to use.

Please bring:
A smock or old clothes.
A snack and drink if needed. We'll have a 10-minute snack break.
